TOUGH MATCH FOR UNDER-9 Squad


Xolos Academy FC loses 4-1 to Nado, gets goal by Ochoa

CORONADO - Xolos Academy FC Boys Under-9 traveled to Coronado's Tidelanda Park for an early morning kickoff against Nado in Week 2 of the Presidio League. The young Xoloitzcuintles boys left the island with a 4-1 loss to Nado.

 

"I'm really proud of you all today" head coach Eduardo Martinez said to his players following the match. "There were some mistakes, but you guys gave it your best effort and you should feel proud of that. We will keep on working and fix those mistakes."

 

The Xoloitzcuintles were able to walk away with a goal by Erik Ochoa goal. One of Nado’s goals was an own score by the Xoloitzcuintles.

 

The Under-9 team is back in action next week at 10:00 am. at the Xolos Academy FC headquarters at Hiltop High School in Chula Vista.
